David R Williford was Born in Houston Texas. He has lived in Kansas and Nebraska but moved back to Texas in 1996. David married his wife Sarah in 2007 and together they have a son, Parker. David was an Information Technology Manager for a chemical plant off Texas state highway 225 and was employed there for over 10 years. He was active member of the National Exchange Club and held the office of VP of Communications for the Gulf Coast District. Exchange is a volunteer group and Here is our national website. Exchange works to make our communities a better place to live and focuses its efforts on the prevention of child abuse. David is a God parent to one child whose parents, both of them, were serving in the Iraq and Afghanistan war. David also served on committee for the Pasadena Rodeo and was a committee Captain. David also ran for city council in Pasadena Tx. David has always enjoyed serving the public and will look for opportunities to continue to do so for as long as he can. ​​

David bought his first flip home in 2012 with money he had saved from freelance IT work and day trading while working a full time job. Once he had his first house, he was hooked. It was incredibly fun and such a natural fit. It didn't do as well as he wanted on that first house but he kept pushing forward and never gave up. His second house was a rental and was a perfect fit for the portfolio he was building. Today, David has several rental houses from Crosby to Texas City.
Most of the houses David acquired in his early days were from wholesalers and he always wondered how they acquired those houses to offer to him. Pressing forward again he started educating himself, asking lots of questions, and finally met a couple of mentors. He was mentored by the best.
